    Yes! Both are improved, IMO. What do you think?
    Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

    The second one is my favorite. I can imagine the quiet. (I need that in my household sometimes). I am very drawn into the second photo. I haven't seen the first but this one is a winner.

    I like the second photo. The first one looks too 'cold' to me.

    The sky is very pretty in the first one.

    But it's the second one with the trees fading into the mist that captures my attention. It's composed really well with the curve of the creek taking the eye through that grove of trees.

    On second thought, I do like the first one too quite well. On first glance, it just looked quite cool. Perhaps because of the cooler colors. Both are very good in their own way.

    Hey, it's good to be critical, especially of one's own work. I think some of us are not critical enough. :D
