Help- white shirts, but don't want blue hue

The family that I am photographing tomorrow, insists on wearing white shirts and jeans for the shoot, which will be outdoors, from 5-7 pm. The last time I photographed a family outdoors, all wearing white, I had a terrible time in post editing, trying to remove the blue hue that the camera picks up from the sky. It's just so reflective on the white shirts. I will likely be using the white balance set to 56k or a little higher. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to help eliminate the blue (ultraviolet light) before I get to post processing. Also, in the event that the camera still picks up blue on the shirts, what are some good post editing options? I have CS4. I know I can change the blues in the selective color option, and also change overall tones with color balance... is there anything better?

Thanks, Melissa
