Oh my gosh, I want to throw my junky arse camera into the lake!

It doesn't take sharp pictures like my the XTI "my old camera, my mom's new camera", It doesn't have iso 100 that I can select, I have to use pisca's & photo shop to make the pictures super sharp, In manual mode on my mom's XTI it show's the arpture and I can modifiy the arputure in manaul mode, in mine I freeaking can't"

I don't have the momney to send it in to canon, What do I do?

Have you looked at the manual?

If your custom function #5 is enabled, you lose iso100.
Turn it off and you'll have iso100 again.

To set the aperture in manual mode, hold down the AV button on the back of the
camera, then spin the dial by the shutter button.

Photos are soft, what picture style are you in? What lens are you using? Are you shooting
at the largest aperture? All these things can affect the sharpness of your shot.

Unless you got a dud XSi, it should deliver better shots than the XTi. (I have had both cameras)

Look through your manual, the XSi has some things that the XTi didn't.

I forgot to add that what picture style I'm using, I'm using a custom picture style.

I took the standard picture style saved it as custom and bumped the sharpness from 3-7.
