I think overall this is a nice set. But, to my eye, the first and third have a lot of potential but lack depth. In those two I'm wondering if brightening the foreground slightly will bring in more interest. In the first, that wildflower gets lost because everything is about the same brightness. Brightening the front ferns and flower might give it more depth and help lead the viewer into the picture.

The same with the third. My eye immediately goes up to the mountain because it's brighter and I don't stop and look at the flowers. Again, making a section of the foreground a little lighter may help the viewer start there and then move up.

Just my two cents, for what's it's worth.

Gary, these are gorgeous!

The third is a classic photo, one that we all strive to get but rarely achieve. The golden light is beautiful and my only complaint is that there weren't more wildflowers in that spot!
