Right Click Warning Issues

Some of my galleries display my custom right click warning whilest others are coming up with the default version. Isn't this a site wide custom setting?

Here is my code:

It looks like some of your galleries are set to appearance: smugmug instead of custom. They must be set to custom for your customizations - including the right click message - to show.
