Lightroom IPTC Caption Field problem

Hi everybody!
Within Lightroom i have all my stuff described like this:

Caption field is readed as Description within Photoshop:

Support hero Sebastian told me: "We only import two different IPTC fields from the metadata. That's IPTC description field (which seems to equal your Lightroom caption field) and the IPTC keyword field."
But in Smugmug this information doesnt display:

Any ideas how to solve this?
