customer choice of print color?

I'm not sure if it's an option I just can't find how to turn on, or if this would go better in the "suggestions" thread. Is there a way for a customer to choose the color/saturation of the prints they order? Such as having the option (color, b&w, sepia) as they check out, or even as a viewing option?
