how to make a DIY softbox/diffuser for macro?

Hey guys!
I know ive seen it before but i just cant find it anymore:
how does one make a good diffuser for macro shooting with a 430 flash?
I went out shooting today (overcast and darkish) and the flash had to work overtime, producing harsh shadows and overblown lights. i just couldnt get it right. i have a stoffen diffuser but thats not ideal either... :scratch i know LordV mentioned a coca cola can diffuser once but i just cant find it.. Halp! :cry

thanks a million qarik!
I'm curious on how well it will perform! do you use the same thing? and attach it with velcrove (is that how you spell it? lol!
It peforms really really well..at least as good or better then lumiquest soft box 2. I used a paper towel as the diffusing material. No need to velcro is as long as you make the fit snug.
