Cropped Thumbs Reverting?

I was just browsing my galleries and I noticed that some of my square thumbs are cropped incorrectly. These are galleries that I KNOW I used BZT on to crop the way I like them. Has anyone else had their cropped thumbnails revert to an older crop? They are still square, but heads are being cut off in portraits.
