Poecilobothrus nobilitatus (I think)

Brian or Phil, would you be so kind as to confirm the species?

If indeed it is Poecilobothrus nobilitatus, I think it's female due to lack of white wing tips.

Anyway, I was musing about the garden and happened to notice a tiny little fly on a privet leaf. I put all 3 tubes on the 105, and got in there hand held.

This particular fly was probably about 4mm in length and it seemed to be guarding tiny tiny little pupae. About 1mm in lenth (You can see one oof in the first image). I have to say I'm pretty pleased with detail of such a tiny tiny creature.

Those eyes are cool.
