Bird ID required

I need to know what type of bird this is, and I'm hoping that some one here can help me out with the ID.

    Thanks Wil, I checked the bird book, and thought it was that but you cannot 100% id them all the time, as the markings were slightly different.

    Thanks Maestro, yes and I agree that these guys are hyperactive, but this little guy hung around for some time for me. I posted a series of images that I took of this little one. Thanks again.
