Can't upload one specific file

Ok, I use Photoshop Elements 7 to upload my photos. I just uploaded about 200 pictures from a friends wedding. One photo is a HUGE panoramic photo that I stitched together. The filesize is about 13mb and the dimensions are around 13,000x3000

In Photoshop Elements that specific file fails its upload. No message other than "Failure"

I tried using the Java "Simple Loader". The upload reaches 100% but doesn't say whether it was a success or not. When I check the gallery, I can't find the photo. I've tried this three times and just can't figure it out.

Go to your control panel, stats tab and click on the upload log link. That should show you why it isn't uploading. My guess is that it's too large, either too many MB or too many pixels. The MB limits for different account levels are here. I can't find the megapixel limits now, but I know they have some.
