Canon SX110 IS vs SX200 IS

I'm looking for a P&S for someone who has a DSLR but could use a smaller carry-around camera. I own the Canon SX110 IS and love it, so my first thought is to purchase that model. I know that the SX200 IS came out as well, though, and is the next model up. Looking on dpreview, however, it doesn't seem like there are many major differences aside from the change from 36-360mm to 28-336mm, a slight reduction in size, and a lithium battery. Are there other major differences I'm missing? Is there any particular reason why it might be worth it to spend the extra money for the SX200, or should I just stick with the 110?

I agree the 2 models are more similar than different. If they need to do a lot of interior shooting the difference between 28mm and 36mm is considerable and the 28mm wide end would be a decision maker for me.
