A full write up of the adventure is still to come but I figured I could share a few crappy light landscapes :rolleyes

1. Old Barn outside of Kanab UT - we were looking for one of the old movie sets that is in the area. Never found it (just par for the course on this trip)

Beautiful series. You're right about critiques not being needed, but you gave the wrong reason.

I would have definitely needed a tripod on shot 8, my knees would have been shaking uncontrollably. Wow, that's quite the lookout - nothing in your way there. I hope it wasn't windy.

You are kidding...I would rejoice if I came home with these. Each one is treated so that it reflects a feeling of grandeur! But really, isn't a bad day in the field better than a good day at work? mwink.gif

    Thanks everyone.

I have created a Journey thread with the story of the trip and the problems. It wsa an adventure where the events are more memorable than the photogrpahs but there is nothing wrong with that. :D

Tripod limits how close you can get. I sat right on the edge with my feet hanging over. deal.gif

No, not too sucky at all, Aaron. thumb.gif I said it before, and I'll say it again. You guys really made lemonade from lemons. I absolutely love the big horn sheep at Zion shot. That's a once-in-a-lifetime shot I reckon. The deer shot is also very nice.

    Cheers,

Yeah- that is how the trips normally go. Toroweap was going to be a first for me with one location for multiple days. But....maybe next time. rolleyes1.gif

Thanks Joel- It ended up being pretty decent. No deer here- the little ones are little big horns. I think Ryan was the only one that got a shot of the deer up at Jacobs Lake. deal.gif
