I have used them in the past, and to be quite honest they are all over the map on quality. I can't say that they were bad, but they were not top notch each and every time.

Maybe that has changed in the past year, and I hope it has. Please let us know what you think when your prints arrive.

I like the "Gallery Mats". Hopefully BayPhoto will offer that thru Smug

I have used their hardbound press printed books for high school seniors and wedding clients and they are top notch. Their pro sister company, Millers, has been around for a looong time and offers products on par with WHCC. I've have nothing but good to say about the products I have recieved from them.

Yeah I personally don't see why they bothered, when they already had Millers? Just a branding thing?

Good there is another option, but I'll be sticking with BayPhoto thru SmugMug and WHCC for everything else.
