I prefer the sky and sun from the first (more natural), foreground rocks on right from the first (less overbaked), but the wall of rocks on left from the second (nice light).
I would have loved to have been there for both moments! Tough call. I am normally drawn towards 'warmer' photos such as the 2nd, but the coolness of the red rocks and distant canyon are beautifully serene in the first shot. I do like the clarity of the canyon. The 2nd definitely has the "wow" factor going with the light playing on the rocks and the beams of light. It's almost a toss-up, but after much going back and forth, I'm going with #1.
Gotta be #2 out of the three you posted to me, it looks the most natural, the colors in the first and third are a little too cold IMO. Also you have the sun star in #2.

but I gotta say that sunstar in #1 looks reall good with the distant mountain having clarity...
but that glow in #2 wins the wow factor
I hope you dont learn how to mask them together before the DSS deadline:D
The light is cool too in the 2nd tho

I started out thinking #2, but I, too, like the sun in the first one. You gotta combine them.
If not possible, I vote for #2.
Makes we want to be there.

I like all them but in #2 I find the sun TOO bright and that is all I see.
#1 is just a little too dark and the balance in values best in #3
