JR Rodeo
I haven't posted here in awhile. Sorry. I went to the count fair on Thursday and finally got a chance to try out my 200-400 F4. I was there for the junior rodeo and shot the barrels, poles and break away. Here are a few.

They were all shot in raw and backed down a bit as the sunlit skin was overbaked. It was heavily sidelit and the cowboy hats don't help either. Sort of a tough decision. Loose half the face by blowing it out to see under the hat or on the shaded side or keep the sunlit portion and loose detail in the shade. I could have shot from the sun side I suppose, but you tend to loose the facial expressions in profile. Maybe I should have gone more for a 45 degree angle. Thanks for the input.
