Rose Photo.

So I took about 40 photos of a rose bush out in the front yard that my mom planted a few years ago. I managed to finally find one shot that I was satisfied, and used photoshop to change it to a duotone color.

I took this image and got it custom framed and gave it to my girlfriend as a graduation gift. It's not the world's best photo, but at least it was thoughtful, and I personally think it's a lot better than just going to a flower shop and getting flowers. This took time and care to do.

Tell me your thoughts! :)

Very nicely done, DRT. It looks like one of those that should have some great charmed words of inspiration on it. How'd it looked framed?

The framed version was amazing. It was quite expensive though, but it sure paid off in the end. Not only was the framed photo beautiful, but the excitement on Kasey's face and the huge hug and kiss I got after... well you get the picture. iloveyou.gif

I'm hopefully going to sell some photos at my mom's store on a postcard, but this one I won't sell. I'm only going to have two original prints for this photo, one is mine, and the other is framed for Kasey with my signature on the back of the frame "A gift from me to you. Happy graduation Kasey! Love Tyler".

I would never sell this photo. It means much more to me than money. And I hope it means a lot to her too.
