Daughter's day out at the seaside (birthday)

Our daughter turned 11 on Saturday so we took her to the seaside - Southport and then Lytham St Annes for a fish and chips tea.


Didn't take a lot of photos cos it was meant to be a family day so restricted myself to about 40 (hehehe).


The wife took some of me and the young 'un on the fairground rides (may post some) but I took general shots as the day went by, a few of which, 5 in fact, are below. All shots hand held on the 55-250 IS.

Is there a fairground there as well? Looks like an interesting place.

There is a fairground at Southport, where we were stood looking at the tower at Blackpool, which has the UK's largest fairground attraction, home of the Pepsi Max Big One rollercoaster.
