I took part in this wonderful opportunity to shoot with 50 others in the Olympic Sculpture Park and Waterfront. I decided to try something different and shoot only with my Nikon D200 converted to IR and a manual focus lens. I did some interesting things in the post processing using a combination of plug ins. If interested let me know and I'll post more. For the last 10% of the time I shot with my lensbaby on my D3. Here is a link to my gallery. Comments are always appreciated.

Hi Ilene some of these are just stunning!!! eek7.gif

I hope that you post a few in this thread so that people can just open it and see. So many of these are definitely worth showing off.

IR is fantastic, and a very good choice for the trip I think! thumb.gif

Those are fun Ilene. I like the very last one the best.

FYI, I had a friend who published shots from the sculpture park. A few of the shots contained substantial amounts of identifiable art work that is on display there (of course). He was contacted by an attorney representing one of the more highly regarded living artists who threatened copyright infringement legal action.

    Hmmmm.

Fabulous images, Ilene! I particularly LOVED the ones from the sculpture garden. An absolute pleasure to go through your gallery.clap.gifthumb.gif
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
