I decided to process some shots from my trip to north Alabama in May. I caught a stormy evening along the river and grabbed a few shots of the bridges at Decatur. I really like this shot but would like to hear your comments. Please let me know what I can do to improve it.

Thanks,
Lauren

Hi Lauren, a great set of clouds here as a backdrop to a really cool architectural subject!

The colors aren't doing much for me, but I see a lot of potential in the textures and lines. Have you thought about maybe doing a b/w conversion for this shot? ear.gif

Nice subject, Lauren. I especially like those pretty clouds in the distance. The bottom of the image isn't really doing very much for me. What do you think about cropping out about 1/2 of the water?
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
