I thought the lighting on the burned trees gave them beauty.

    Beautiful shots, Eia. The composition of the 2nd shot is especially pleasing. That big tree really does a nice job of "hanging over" the rest of the distant forest.
    Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

    How about...there 'was' a fire on the mountain :D. I can't get that song off my mind I guess... Thanks for the comment !

    #2 is the winner. Very nice shot. The major subject helps to frame the rest of the scene. Overall, well done.
