Feature request: "Copy to Gallery"

I did a couple of searches so I don't know if this has already been thought of but...

Since the only way to share a photo between 2 galleries is to "Make a Copy" and then "Move to Gallery". What if there was a button under "tools" called "Copy to Gallery". The interface could be just like "Move to Gallery" but before doing the move it would make a copy under the hood. The same could be applied to "Move to Multiple Galleries".

Of course I think it would be more efficient to be able to share the same image in multiple galleries. But assuming the back end does not support that; what about the above idea?

Excellent I as I said I searched a bit but did not think of "virtual gallery" as a keyword. This would for sure work for me!
