New Uploader So SLOW

I cannot stand the new default uploader, I started a upload job that should have taken 14-16 hours, and now I'm almost up to 25 hours latter and its still uploading. This new one picture at a time has made uploading slower not faster. How can I go back to using the IE uploader where it uploaded 3 files at a time. That was way faster in my book.

Not faster for me either. In fact it's WAY slower!
