Ford T-Bird at Numidia Dragway
This T-Bird caught my eye in the pits as I was walking up to where I usually shoot from. This is a series I shot of the car in action.
#1 The burn out
#2 Being guided back to the starting line
#3 Close-up while backing up (I tried to capture the drivers face)
#4 The launch. Check out the rear slicks how they are wrinkled!

Thanks for the comments...It was pretty cloudy off and on all day, but I think that this was the best light I've had there for quite some time. I had my CP on, but was set for the starting line. I guess that's why I couldn't see the driver as clear as I wanted to in the one shot where he was backing up. The shots that I'm starting to like, besides the wheels in the air, are the wrinkling of the rear slicks.
