(The "noise" is actually a product of the film: very high speed which gives lots of grain along with ability to shoot handheld at night. Unfortunately, when digitalized, some of the graininess turns towards noise. (I'm also not the best at digitalizing negatives. ) This type of film prints great of you've the time and skills for the old darkroom.
It might be noisy but that's a fair amount of detail retained (and I reckon ISO 3200 film in any format is going to struggle against the performance of even the sensor/image pipeline of an APS-C DSLR).
