Passwords

I have been trying to get the password reset on my acocunt now for days. It seems that anytime I have not logged into the site for a month or more, my password is automatically reset and I am locked out. It then takes several days to a week for SmugMug to reset my password. Any ideas?

BTW - I am still unable to login to my account as of now.
