The look is really neat, one that I had seen some time ago. How do you get it to look like a miniature model?

Thank you! Yes, the LOOk like miniatures. But it's all in the processing. Some gradient blur applied with some other color and contrast adjustments. I got a few that I took from the St. Louis Arch last year and a friend will NOT believe me that these are real shots. He think's they are models.
