Anita, I'm not a fan of pregnancy shots - I just don't get it. But that series is absolutely priceless - I'd love to see it larger. The conceit of the bubble, coupled with her laughter, makes those images truly something special. Great work!
Wow! Thanks a lot! What a wonderful thing to hear!
Here it is in a bigger version. For some reason during resize the borders get all wonky... Full size looks fine. Wonder why...
Now that is being happy and preggers. What a fantastic series. The only thing I'd say if you were to try it again is to be careful what comes into frame along the edges. If the tree weren't there you'd have more room for the Mom-to-be.
I like 1 and 3.....and while I agree that the sequence you have shown with the maternity shots is a fun twist, her skin tones appear overly magenta to me.
I had the idea a while ago actually but it wasn't planned like this. She was actually just getting the gum ready for our planned shot and taking a bit of a break. I thought she looked cute so I just started shooting her. I usually end up loving candid/real shots over planned/posed anyways

Yup, I am seeing the magenta too. I will confess to editing that series on my laptop. I will revamp at home with calibration

What a hoot! Love it! Just out of curiosity, was the bubble gum idea hers, or yours?
