What do you use for sync?

I posted a message a few days ago about SmugDAV, but haven't really gotten any feedback, which makes me wonder if you power users even use it as a solution. If not, what do you use to sync your photos from smugmug to local storage? Or do you not even have copies stored locally (home computers) at all?
My ideal solution would be to have local folder that did a 2 way sync to and from my desktop.
Ideally if I crop or modify the original photo, it would automatically be synced to the other location either on a scheduled basis or via script/program.
If I add a new photo on smugmug, it would be synced locally, and vice versa.
If I delete a photo on smugmug, I would be asked if I wish to delete it locally as well, and vice versa.
It would be *nice* if I changed the IPTC keywords or description on an existing local PC file, that they keywords and description would be updated when the sync process recognized the file had been modified.
AND if the description/keywords were modified on the smugmug website, it would be nice to have an option to update the IPTC fields of the original photo as well. (That would be actually awesome).
Anyway, any advice on the above is appreciated...

now your photos are also labeled with their smugmug url to you can browse for them through lightroom also. also super easy to replace your previously uploaded copy if you made revisions or updates to that photo.
so so so awesome for me, since i do weekend shots of 1200+ pictures and i upload all of them at once and replace them depending on who shows interest and what pictures i feel that need work during the week.
