Some picture i took at the Deca-Ironman in Hawaii
I took those picture during the last Deca-Ironman who was held in Ewa Beach on the island of Ohau,Hawaii. The Deca-Ironman consist of 38K of swimming,1800K of bike and 442.2K of running. The firt one finish around 8 to 9 days. It exist about 9 competition around the wold that goes from the Double Ironman (7,6K swim,360K bike and 84.4K of running) The next competition will be held near my home, In Quebec city and it will be the Canadian Championship. My brother went to Austria to participate at the Europen championship of the Double-Ironman...he finish 16 of 34 participant with a time of 33:55 hours.
