Anyone have experience in management of inhouse wedding photogs?

I'm in the early stages of negotiating a job with the owner of several wedding venues who wants to take all of his business in house. I have experience managing a studio, and I'm not getting any younger, or more physically able to handle the demands of the job. My wife is burnt out of her full time job and thinks she might want to switch being the stay at home parent. Please post or PM me if you have experience from the management or photographer standpoint as it pertains to in house vendors. I'm not totally sure I want to do it, it will depend largely on salary and benefits.
