WTT: 4GB SD cards for 4GB CF cards

I'm in the process of switching from a Pentax K20D, which uses SD cards to a Canon 40D, which uses CF cards. Specifically, I've got 2 4GB Sandisk Extreme III cards that I'd like to trade for 2 equivalent 4GB CF cards (along the lines of Sandisk Extreme III or Ultra II or equivalent). Naturally, each of us would pay the shipping cost on our end of the deal.
