I'm getting a very mixed set of messages from this shot.
The model is apparently a very athletic person ("fitness model" in modeling lingo). Her pose, her biceps show that unequivocally.
Yet she's wearing a glamour-looking bra (hard to say anything about the bottom at this angle, it can be both sporty and glamour looking), and her facial expression suggests something far less sporty and far more boudoir.
I'm torn...
Been away for a while....I appreciate your comments and critique...I believe the face/body color issue may be more a spray tan vs. makeup issue than a lighting one...obviously her face was not sprayed....that is a common problem with shooting these athletes.

I agree. I think the light fall off is acceptable looking on the body, but not the face.
