    Frankly, I had no what so ever plans to purchase an account from smugmug, i just signed for the trial, and didnt have the need for such a service, I did like the features and all, but since some correspondence with the held desk I was very much impressed with the support and feedback, I planned on to get an account. GReat people to work with! I hope when smug grows it still keeps this level of commitment with their customers.

    So far, 7 years in, we've been able to :D In fact, I just hired three more Support Heroes to start with us on Monday! Still to this day, more than 1/2 our company (25 of our 49 folks) are Support Heroes clap.gif

    I just finished my first year with a Pro account and I couldn't be happier!! I have no idea about customizing but with all the tutorials and the Easy Customizer I am getting my site looking good without having to hire someone to do it for meclap.gif :ivar
