Basic Domain setup issue.

I know this might be stupid, but I couldnt get any search help on the forums on setting up the domain apart from this link
When I go to the partner site, choose my domain, it actually bills me with 7$. I though my power account had as option? what am i doing wrong?

No I just purchased my smug power account only. No other payments and no purchased domains either.

So, if you want something like http://www.moonriverphotography.com you must purchase the custom domain. We use Godaddy as a reliable, cost effective and easy to use domain partner.

yes, my bad, i thought that this customain domain feature is included in the power user account . Lolz. ok so i need to purchase the domain and then setup in help. Thanks! )
