This was my first real attempt at senior pics. Since it was my nephew, I could take my time and try several ideas.

A little "300" style (The movie) processing on this one to show off his "guns"

Cross lighting on the subject, Single strobe on the hoop.

All natural

AB400 in gridded softbox above, AB800 in large softbox camera right. Gridded SB600 behind from the right, and another monolight over camera as fill. This one still needs a bit of skin retouching.

Wonderful variety of looks/poses/lighting/settings. I am still "finding the light" -- not ready yet to "make the light" like you have done.

Then you will be scary good after some practice. Very nice work!

Fantabulous set! Thank you very much for sharing your light setups, too. That second shot is especially nice. clap.gif On the last, I feel a little more fill from the left, perhaps with just a reflector since you have so much light going on, would help even out things a bit more, especially the eyes.

Thanks for the comments. I usually shoot babies and toddlers. Seniors seems much easier since they actually listen and sit still when you ask :)

I have another one to do this weekend and I'm looking forward to it.
