WTB or Trade - 24-105mm f/4

I'm looking for a good copy of this lens, but does not have to be new or anything.

I have a Tammy 28-75 (great copy, just want more reach) and a 50mm f/1.4 I'm willing to trade one or both towards the 24-105mm
