I have not "stalked" them as much so far this year. been too busy coaching my daughters softball.
As usual a male comes early spring stays a week & moves on. Then I mostly see the girls. Just one or two is all but they come regular. I've got a little male coming more this summer. :clap I hope you enjoy.

1. I think this is the very first shot I took in the spring. I was thinking I should just stop after that because I loved it so much,

    Dave,

    clap.gif Great shots! I'm jealous! :D

Do you mind sharing what gear are you using?

So far this year the hummers at my house are very timid and don't start to get territorial with the flowers and feeders until late August. So far we have one male and one female. And the male always bullies the female and chases her away.

    Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful shots! I do like the horizontal orientation of #1 a little more than #2. The other two shots show the hummingbird details well.

And don't even think of stopping... you just set a new bar to improve on!

I like the movement in humming bird photos, so I like the first shot and second shots better then them sitting on the feeder. The first shots composition is nice.
