Osprey Pair with Nest

Here are a couple of shots from my recent trip to Colorado. Both parents were at the nest when we stopped to watch. One flew off and returned, presumably with some food. One baby could be seen poking it's head above the nest. These were shot with my 70-300, resting on my backpack on top of a parked car. I wished for a good tripod and a longer lens, but with what I had I was pleased with the result. Did do some levels and contrast boosts, plus some cropping and sharpening. In #1, I also did quite a bit of cloning to eliminate the aberrations at some edges. C&C welcomed.

Thanks,
Lauren
