Creating a sub-category

I'm trying to create a sub-category. I go to the control panel, create a sub-category but it doesn't show up when I want to add a photo. When I go back to the control panel and go to the delete sub-category section, it's there, but it's not under the Category anywhere else.

The site is http://ebinfl.smugmug.com/ and the Category is Florida and I created a sub-category of "Gainesville Area", that I can't find.

I hope I explained that right.

Never mind....I think I figured it out.
