Putting together a wedding album for other vendors

I am currently putting together some small albums for some local hotels to keep on hand to show their brides. What I'm wondering is if when putting together these sample albums, should I keep all the pictures from the same wedding together or should I split them up? Thanks!

If I were looking through the album, I might rather see photos from the same wedding on the same double page spread.....beyond that, I wouldnt care.
