Mt. Diablo during Earth hour, Marin Headlands on July 4th

There's two places that I really want to go during really short time frames to but can't really because as a student I'm limited to where I can go. One is Mt. Diablo during earth hour http://www.earthhour.org/ (read about it there) anyways, cities turn off the lights for one hour so I was thinking that a 360 pano would be nice. Also a pano of the golden gate bridge from the marin headlands on july 4th during the fireworks would be nice too.

The headlands is packed on the 4th of July and with the fog on the bay, you have a 50/50 chance of seeing anything more than glowing fog. From the bottom side (Ft Baker) you can catch the Sausalito fireworks if the fog prevents the SF show.

The last Earth Hour did not equal many lights going out in the area.

But I wish you the best of luck in this quest.

i guess I'll have to get really lucky, the last earth hour wasnt too bad though, the building lights were off but the streetlights were still on but overall it was pretty good.
