Can't see posted pictures in the thread?

I'm sure this is covered somewhere but I haven't found it yet:

On some posts in some of the forums, people are posting pictures but I can't see them. It seems that everyone else can but I cannot.

I follow the thread comments and others are including what I'm sure is the picture in the reply but still no go.

Any ideas why?

I'm using Firefox 3 on Windows.

Hi there and welcome to Dgrin . When pics aren't visible, it's usually a problem with the post itself, often due to not having external links enabled in the hosting gallery. However, if you are the only one not seeing them, it suggests that either your ISP or your firewall may be blocking certain hosts or domains. Post a few links to threads that are giving you problems and perhaps we can help sort it out.

Well, to start with, there's this one:

I don't have another example at hand but I'll find a few others.

I doubt it's my ISP. I can't imagine any reason for them blocking it.

I can see the pics in that thread. Try clearing your cache and restarting FF, then look at the thread again. Sometimes FF doesn't reload posts if the images time out the first time through.
