I am excited that one of my images was selected by Olympus for their online photo gallery highlighting their cameras. Here is a link to the Olympus photo gallery:

It is in the "Photos from E-System" section. This is the image highlighted. I took it on a recent visit to Cambridge University in the UK:

Sorry - I had a month of comprehensive exams for the end of my PhD program, and then I moved back to Salt Lake. I am finally catching my breath and getting back into things here on dgrin. I should come down south sometime and we should go shooting.

Nice work. How did you get them to notice it? Did you submit it in a contest?

If you go to the link I provided there is information on submitting an image. Each month they add a few more to the gallery. Each photographer is allowed to submit 1 image per month. I have been submitting images for about a year and a half and finally had one accepted this month.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone!

Hey, persistence pays off I guess! But more likely the fact that this is a great photo. Congratulations and hope to hear they accepted another one very soon. :D

    Great shot
Wonderful shot. It's a good few years since I was last in Cambridge (sadly our office there closed) but it remains one of my favourite cities.
