Pro Acct Cost Price vs Standard Smug Acct Price

this might have been answered before... and might even be a dumb question. but hey... if i'm wondering it, somebody else probably is.

but why aren't pro accounts cheaper to print than standard smugmug user accounts?

I would assume because the cost of printing doesnt change, and there is probably not a large correlation between type of account and number of prints to make it viable to make pro prints cost less.
