modified Canon TC-80N3

I bought a Canon TC-80N3 from Hutech corporation. I got it modified so it would work on my Rebel 450d for astrophotography. I'm renting a 5D mark ii. How can I convert it back? Is there an adapter of sorts? Does the 5D mark ii accept the N3 format?

Canon's site is not providing the info I'm looking for. Help! Thank you!

    It would seem most logical to contact Hutech. Without knowing the details of their conversion, we are likely at a loss.
