How come Im charged for shipping?

Ok so I have looked throughout the whole site and Im still unsure about why I am billed for shipping costs instead of the direct cost being charged to the person who is buying my prints?

How and where is the best place on here to go find out the information about this?

Is there a way to change this as I feel I have lost over $800 in costs over the last 3 years because I have been charged instead of the person buying the prints.

    Hi Ross, we don't charge you, unless you do the ordering for the customers. We charge shipping to the buyer. If you have a specific order #, we're happy to look it up for you.
