DSS #30 Forest or Fish, Maybe..

I've been away on vacation for the last week with no access to a computer. People pictures are not usually my thing, but I was visiting my parents cabin in Maine and they were having some tree work done on their property. I asked the "tree" guy if I could take some pictures and he said sure. Please give me any comments on the following px, do they fit the bill or is he supposed to be posed. The last picture is of my son. He spent the entire week fishing, this photo was taken at the worst possible time of day with the super bright sunlight but I really like his expression. No one told my son or the fish that mid day was not the best time for fishing. Thanks for your help.

First one is the best, but it does not tell enough about the subject. Wider angle might have helped. The second one does show a bit more of his work.
