Excellent condition. Sharp, happy lens. Box, manual, blank warranty included.
This is the hard to find model *without* the internal motor (I had a hard time finding one, anyway). I specifically bought the non-motor'd one because everything I read said the AF on this model performs better than the newer version. I can't confirm this, but I've had no complaints about AF performance.

Note: this lens does not work on all Nikons. APS-C DXXX models are OK.
